STOCKHOLM — The Nutriment Company (TNC) announced it has acquired Zoo Factory, a Polish distributor of premium pet foods and treats, marking its entrance into the Polish pet food market.
Zoo Factory has more than 25 years of experience and a growing portfolio of more than 250 products. According to TNC, Zoo Factory’s growth-focused commercial model and solid footprint in grocery retail will provide it with an immediate platform to scale, allowing TNC to bring its products to more customers throughout Poland, beginning with supplements.
“Poland is one of Europe’s most dynamic and fastest-growing pet markets, driven by rising pet ownership and a strong shift toward premium, natural nutrition — and we’re excited to become part of this growing ecosystem,” TNC shared.
The acquisition of Zoo Factory marks TNC’s 10th of the year. The company previously acquired The Dog’s Butcher and Your Pet Nutrition, Puromenu, BAF Petfood, Bulmer Pet Foods, Graf Barf, Easy-BARF and Antos.
